Trimming the Progulator

The progulator, ‘invented’ sometime in the 20th century, is a mysterious technology that balances everything. A physical metaphor for the often dirty, obscure, covert workings of the politics we never see, but the rules of which govern all our lives; from cradle to grave. The reason why the Progulator is not clearly defined. Here it has just recovered the fish.

 

Like democracy itself, we all get an opportunity to (vote) trim the Progulator.
